Since 2009, Personalised Favours has been creating personalised gifts that celebrate the people and moments that matter most.
From weddings and milestone birthdays to Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and everything in between, we design and personalise gifts that mean something.
Today, more than 100,000 customers choose Personalised Favours each year, with over 2,000 products available online. But despite how much we’ve grown, the heart of our business hasn’t changed.

A Family Business at Heart
Personalised Favours was founded by Melissa in 2009 after she went searching for personalised gifts for guests at her own wedding and couldn’t find anything that felt special enough.
What started as a small operation selling wedding favours on eBay grew quickly.
In 2013, Melissa joined forces with her brother-in-law, Matthew, and together they began building Personalised Favours into the business it is today.
💛 And the family connection doesn’t stop there.
Melissa’s husband, Mark, is also part of the business, while our CTO Maddie is one of Melissa’s best friends from school.
Over the years, our PF family has grown to more than 50 talented people, all working together behind the scenes to bring your personalised gifts to life.
Made Locally in Australia
One of the things we’re most proud of is being a homegrown Australian business.
Personalised Favours operates from our 1,800m² production facility on the NSW Central Coast, where our team creates and dispatches thousands of personalised gifts every week.
We specialise in laser engraving, UV printing and embroidery. When you order from us, your gift doesn’t disappear into an unknown production facility overseas. Our team is right here creating it.

Melissa studied Industrial Design before starting Personalised Favours, and product design has always been at the heart of the business.
🎁 We don’t want to sell things simply because they can be personalised. We want to create gifts worth giving.
That means finding products people will actually use, creating designs that feel personal rather than mass-produced and continually looking for new ways to make gift giving easier.
Today our range includes more than 2,000 personalised gifts across weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, corporate gifting and life's milestone moments.
Customers can preview their personalisation online, request custom artwork and have our team create a completely custom design at no additional artwork cost.

Giving Back
Building a successful business also gives us opportunities to give back.
One of Melissa's most memorable experiences was taking part in Dancing with the Stars Central Coast to raise funds for Cancer Council NSW.
💰 With the incredible support of our family, friends, team, customers and local community, Melissa's campaign raised more than $20,000 for Cancer Council NSW.
It was well outside her comfort zone, but it represents something that's important to us as a business: using what we've built to make a positive difference beyond the walls of our warehouse.
