At Personalised Favours, we understand that many of life's special moments have important deadlines. That's why we work hard to create and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Fast Dispatch

Most personalised orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Stock Products: Next business day
  • Engraved Products: 1-3 business days
  • Embroidered Products: 1-3 business days
  • Printed Products: 1-3 business days

The most accurate production estimate can always be found on the individual product page.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer FREE standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand on orders over $100.

Shipping costs for orders under $100, Express Post services and international deliveries are calculated at checkout.

Rush Production

Need your order urgently?

Rush Production moves your order to the front of our production queue and upgrades your shipment to Express Post. For eligible products, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

International Delivery

We proudly ship to over 30 countries worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing and local postal networks.

Please note that customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised Products

As all personalised products are custom made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases once production has commenced.

Before production begins, you'll have the opportunity to review your artwork proof (where applicable) and request unlimited amendments.

Non-Personalised Products

If a non-personalised product is faulty, not as described or unsuitable for its intended purpose, we will gladly provide a refund, replacement or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Personalised orders can be cancelled free of charge up until production has commenced.

Once production has started, we are unable to offer a refund as your item has been custom-made specifically for you.
