1. Promotion Period
This offer is valid from 9:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026.
2. Offer Details
Customers who place an order during the promotion period will receive:
- A $25 voucher when spending $100 or more in a single transaction.
- A $50 voucher when spending $150 or more in a single transaction.
Order value is calculated after discounts and before shipping costs.
3. Voucher Issue
Eligible customers will receive their voucher via email after their order has been processed.
4. Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue.
The expiry date will be specified in the voucher email. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued or redeemed after the expiry date.
5. Voucher Redemption
- One voucher may be used per order.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
- Vouchers cannot be applied to previous purchases.
6. Returns & Refunds
If an order qualifying for this promotion is cancelled, refunded or returned, Personalised Favours reserves the right to cancel any associated voucher.
If a voucher has already been redeemed, the voucher value may be deducted from any refund amount where permitted by law.
7. General
Personalised Favours reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
