Mel always knew she had to be successful because she likes expensive stuff.
Her own engagement caused Mel to observe a gap in the wedding market for original, personalised, reasonably-priced wedding products, so she set out to rectify the situation by establishing an online store to fill this void...and the rest is history.
She founded Personalised Favours ten years ago and is passionate about designing and creating beautiful, innovative products with a sentimental edge.
Matthew
Boss Man / Go-Karting Champion
Matt is a Formula One fan who jointly manages Personalised Favours, in that order. As a power player in the cutthroat world of corporate banking, Matt knew he wanted more – more time with his family, a more purposeful career and the ability to be his own boss.
Joining forces in 2013, brother and sister-in-law team Matt and Mel have transformed the business from a backyard operation into a multimillion dollar international enterprise, managing six successful online enterprises under the umbrella of Foresight Online Group.
Maddie
Chief Technology Officer / IT Genius
Responsible for making sure PF’s ecommerce platforms are functioning at full capacity, Maddie’s technical wizardry is critical in creating the ultimate gifting experience for every customer.
Leaving home for London with only $500 to her name as soon as she turned 18, in typical Maddie style she soon landed on her feet, eventually getting married in a castle in Ireland!
When she’s not slaving over enhancements in PF’s back end, you can find her on the soccer field or enjoying a Caipiroska with some of her favourite people.
Mark
National Sales Manager / Business Whiz
Husband to PF Founder Melissa and all-round business expert, Mark is pretty much the reason Personalised Favours came to be. After he proposed to Mel, she couldn't find the customised products she was after to celebrate her own engagement and journey down the aisle, so she decided to create her own - and Personalised Favours was born!
With extensive sales experience for industry leaders and multi-national corporations, Mark now shares his skills and knowledge with the PF team…and still manages to cook Mel dinner!
Mike
Production Manager / Wannabe Golf Pro
Tasked with making sure PF orders are flowing and our entire Production Team is working at maximum capacity, Mike is the man who keeps things moving.
With over 20 years industry experience, he tackles every task like a pro and it’s no secret that he’s a big softie and will always have your back.
When not hustling in PF Production, Mike can be found teeing off on the green or cheering on his beloved Wests Tigers.
